中国式现代化视域下新型能源体系的生成逻辑与治理进路
The Generative Logic and Governance Approaches of a New Energy System within the Framework of Chinese Modernisation

Abstract
Since the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has entered a new phase of accelerating the planning and construction of a new energy system.This strategic initiative,representing the primary direction for the nation's energy evolution,embodies the intrinsic requirements and vision of Chinese modernisation for energy development and governance,which are mutually intertwined and mutually empowering.Significant progress has been made in establishing this new energy system,propelling the national energy landscape towards new characteristics of the era.Chinese-style modernisation fundamentally shapes its generative logic,concentrating the core connotations,essential requirements,political leadership,and major strategic directives that define and transform the energy system.To comprehensively advance Chinese-style modernisation,governance must be pursued across four dimensions:cognitively,constructing a new energy system paradigm;capacitatively,cultivating new energy-based productive forces;relationally,coordinating planning,construction,and governance;and globally,proactively leading international energy governance reforms.This will achieve deep alignment and mutual empowerment between the new energy system and the modernisation process.关键词
