摘要
Abstract
Effective global climate governance requires climate justice as its ethical foundation. While current climate justice practices have advanced alongside international agreements, they continue to face conceptual, institutional, and efficacy challenges.Artificial intelligence compensates for governance justice deficits through dimensions such as temporal compression, expansion of power domains, and human-machine synergy, thereby possessing legitimacy in climate justice construction. However,as an emerging"governance technique",its application may be influenced by technological alienation, power competition, and algorithmic characteristics. This could potentially weaken decision-making fairness and adaptive justice, exacerbate climate inaction, and introduce new challenges. Therefore,an inclusive and prudent approach should be adopted to establish a secure, trustworthy, and low-carbon technological framework. This requires developing risk assessment and power regulation systems, clarifying AI access standards and application boundaries, aligning with climate justice imperatives, maximising enabling effects, and accelerating the achievement of global climate action goals.关键词
