摘要
Abstract
The correlation between acupoints of the Three Yang Meridians of hand and pathological manifestations of the six Fu organs, particularly the large intestine, small intestine, and Triple Jiao, remains ambiguous in the Ling Shu.Clinically, these acupoints are more frequently utilized for treating external meridian disorders along the pathways of the hand Yang meridians.Given that the Triple Jiao governs the Zang-fu organs,Ying-Qi,Wei-Qi,and meridians, this study posits the Triple Jiao as a bridge connecting meridians with Fu organs.By analyzing the principles of"Mainly responsible for treating diseases",the statement"both large and small intestines belong to the stomach",and the func-tions of the Yuan-Source points of the Yang meridians,we elucidate the relationships between the hand Yang meridians and their corresponding Fu organs.Modern interpretations of the Triple Jiao vary among scholars. However,by investi-gating its functional associations with neuro-immuno-metabolic pathways and the gut-brain axis, this study further clar-ifies the scientific basis underlying the connections between the hand Yang meridians and their paired Fu organs. These findings provide novel insights into the clinical application of hand Yang meridian acupoints for treating Fu organs pa-thologies.关键词
