Exploring the Effect of Yangrong Runchang Shu Compound on Chronic Functional Constipation Based on the Theory of"Xuanfu-Fudu"
摘要
Abstract
This paper takes the"Xuanfu-Fudu"theory as the starting point,and explores the role of Yangrong Run-chang Shu Compound in chronic functional constipation through theoretical research.The Xuanfu has the functions of opening the orifices,dispelling filth,and expelling toxins.The manifestation of chronic functional constipation is defi-ciency in origin and excess in manifestation"Ben Xu Biao Shi",where deficiency makes the body susceptible to the inva-sion of pathogenic toxins.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the population affected by chronic functional constipation and proposes that"deficiency"is a commonality among these patients.This aligns with the concept of"treating constipation through tonification"in Yangrong Runchang Shu Compound.Recent studies have revealed that patients with chronic constipation may exhibit increased local oxygen consumption.Each component of Yangrong Run-chang Shu Compound possesses excellent antioxidant properties.By combining these two theories and substantiating them with the clinical efficacy of Yangrong Runchang Shu Compound,this provides partial insights for contemporary in-depth theoretical research on chronic functional constipation.关键词
