An Investigation into the Pathogenesis and Treatment of Achalasia of the Cardia Based on Huang Yuanyu's Theory of"Pivot Movement"
摘要
Abstract
Achalasia is an esophageal motility disorder,and traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of this disease.Based on the theory of"pivot movement"of Huang Yuanyu,a famous doctor in the Qing Dy-nasty,it is believed that the key pathogenesis of achalasia is that the pivot transport is unfavorable,which leads to the imbalance of the body's Qi and organs,Yang deficiency and water overflow,phlegm and stasis,and stagnation of the five Zang organs.During clinical treatment,the transport pivot should be adjusted,the Qi movement should be adjusted,the temperature and yang should be harmonized,the phlegm and stasis should be dissipated,and the five Zang organs should be coordinated.An examination case is attached to explain the treatment of achalasia guided by the theory of"pivot movement"to provide a reference for clinical practice.关键词
