摘要

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of science and technology,the digital economy with a new generation of information technology as the core has become a significant force driving the upgrading of marine industries and the construction of a strong maritime nation.As a crucial component of the marine industry,marine fisheries are gradually transitioning towards informatization and digitalization.This paper takes the comprehensive control platform for smart fishing ports and fishing vessels in Zhifu District,Yantai City,as an example.Through specific case analysis,it elaborates on the practical applications of information technologies such as electronic monitoring systems,Beidou positioning terminals,intelligent early warning systems,Internet of Things(IoT)technology,and mobile application platforms in the management of fishing ports and the supervision of fishing vessels.From a governmental perspective,the paper analyzes the challenges the platform faces in areas such as data exchange,information security,professional talent,funding,and infrastructure construction.It also provides suggestions for the further application of information technology in the management of fishing ports and vessels,aiming to contribute to the development of new productive forces in marine fisheries.
