上海市南美白对虾价格波动情况及影响因素分析
Analysis of price fluctuation and influencing factors of Litopenaeus vannamei in Shanghai market
摘要
Abstract
The whiteleg shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei)is currently one of the most important economic shrimp species globally.Through field investigations,interviews with shrimp producers,and data analysis,the breeding situation,changes in pond-side and market prices of L.vannamei in Shanghai in recent years were investigated,furthermore the factors influencing the prices are analyzed.The results show that price fluctuation of L.vannamei in Shanghai area is the result of the combined effect of various factors,mainly including import volume,technological progress,diversified consumption,breeding costs,food safety and others.Based on the above research results,it is proposed that to face the challenges,measures such as strengthening publicity and supervision,implementing the branding strategy,rational breeding,and building a shared information platform should be taken to promote the healthy and sustainable development of L.vannamei industry.关键词
