Exploring the Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Recurrent Angina Pectoris After PCI Based on the"Clear-Turbid Interaction"Theory

Abstract
Based on the"Clear-Turbid Interaction"theory from the Huangdi Neijing,this study explores its relevance to the pathogenesis and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).The interaction between Clear and Turbid Qi governs the flow of Qi and blood and maintains the balance of Yin and Yang.The occurrence of post-PCI angina is closely related to insufficient Clear Qi and the internal obstruction of Turbid Qi.Among these,the fundamental cause of angina is"Clear Qi failing to ascend,"which deter-mines the disease's progression,while"Turbid Yin failing to descend"leads to the accumulation of phlegm,dampness,and blood stasis,which in turn obstructs the flow of Qi and blood,triggering chest pain.Treatment should integrate the differentiation of syndromes,focusing on"mild warming to nourish Yang and restore the pulse"and"dispelling phlegm,resolving stasis,and regulating Qi,"with the main therapeutic methods being"mild warming to nourish Yang and benefit Qi to restore the pulse,"which supports the root cause,and"dispelling phlegm,regulating Qi,and invigor-ating blood to resolve stasis,"addressing the symptoms.Guided by the"Clear-Turbid Interaction"theory,this ap-proach to TCM treatment of post-PCI angina helps deepen our understanding of the disease mechanism and broadens the clinical approach to diagnosis and treatment.关键词
