中药干预非编码RNA治疗肝癌研究进展
Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Interfering with Non-Coding RNA for the Treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)include microRNAs,long-chain non-coding RNAs and cyclic RNAs,is closely related to the development,diagnosis as well as treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).And traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages such as multi-targeting and low toxic side effects.Experimental studies have proved that ncRNA can be regulated by Chinese materia medica to inhibit cell proliferation,migration and invasion,pro-mote apoptosis and autophagy,and block the cell cycle of HCC in order to exert its advantages in the treatment of HCC.By reviewing the mechanism of action of ncRNA in HCC treatment,we focus on the mechanism of action of ac-tive ingredients of Chinese materia medica such as flavonoids,alkaloids,polyphenols,triterpenoids,and steroids,as well as extracts and their pairs,in modulating ncRNA for HCC treatment and their biological effects.Therefore,collating and analysing the studies of Chinese materia medica interfering with non-coding RNA for the treatment of hepatocellu-lar carcinoma can provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of HCC with TCM and open up a new way of thinking for drug development and clinical research.关键词
