海水养殖中华鲟亚成体行为特征的观察
Study on behavior characteristics of sub-adult Acipenser sinensis cultured in seawater

Abstract
In order to study the behavior of sub-adult Acipenser sinensis and its circadian rhythm characteristics in mariculture environment,the activities of sub-adult A.sinensis in mariculture were observed and recorded regularly during 0∶00-6∶00,6∶00-12∶00,12∶00-18∶00,18∶00-24∶00 and tail pendulum frequency,swimming speed,swimming distance,turning frequency,frequency of surface emergence and tilting head were statistically analyzed.The tail pendulum frequency of sub-adult A.sinensis in marine aquaculture was higher from 18∶00 to 24∶00 and from 0∶00 to 6∶00,(60.00±4.45)times·min-1 and(60.00±5.53)times·min-1 respectively,and lower from 6∶00 to 12∶00 and from 12∶00 to 18∶00,(53.00±4.60)times·min-1 and(52.00±6.45)times·min-1 respectively.The swimming speed was higher from 18∶00 to 24∶00 and from 0∶00 to 6∶00,reaching(0.45±0.05)m·s-1 and(0.46±0.04)m·s-1 respectively,while it was lower from 6∶00 to 12∶00 and from 12∶00 to 18∶00,(0.40±0.05)m·s-1 and(0.39±0.06)m·s-1 respectively.The swimming distance was also greater from 18∶00 to 24∶00 and from 0∶00 to 6∶00,(1 085.61±115.99)m·0.5h-1 and(1 058.56±111.14)m·0.5h-1 respectively,and smaller from 6∶00 to 12∶00 and from 12∶00 to 18∶00,(927.28±110.55)m·0.5h-1 and(947.06±161.26)m·0.5h-1 respectively.The turning frequency was higher from 18∶00 to 24∶00 and from 0∶00 to 6∶00,(5.00±2.20)times·0.5h-1 and(6.00±1.97)times·0.5h-1 respectively,and lower from 6∶00 to 12∶00 and from 12∶00 to 18∶00,(4.00±2.15)times·0.5h-1 and(3.00±1.49)times·0.5h-1 respectively.There were significant differences in the four indicators of tail pendulum frequency,swimming speed,swimming distance,and frequency of turning between 18∶00-24∶00,0∶00-6∶00 and 6∶00-12∶00,12∶00-18∶00.The experimental results indicated that sub-adult A.sinensis in marine aquaculture exhibited diurnal rhythm changes in activity,with a significantly higher activity frequency at night.Based on the swimming distances in different time periods,it was calculated that sub-adult A.sinensis in marine aquaculture could swim 22.49 km during the day and 25.73 km at night.It was estimated that a sub-adult A.sinensis could swim approximately 48.22 km in a 24-hour period and about 17 600 km in a year.The behavioral indicators of this study can be used as indicators for health monitoring of A.sinensis in marine culture,and the results of behavioral monitoring can provide a reference for formulating marine protection and management strategies for A.sinensis.关键词
