摘要
Abstract
Countries worldwide are actively promoting the integration of artificial intelligence(AI)and healthcare through a series of strategic initiatives,aiming to enhance medical efficiency and accessibility.This study discussed the legal regulations and technical challenges associated with the application of AI in the medical field.On the technical front,AI development faces obstacles such as data fragmentation,difficulties in obtaining high-quality data,high demands for algorithm accuracy and interpretability,and growing computational requirements.Concurrently,there are also significant issues in ethics,legal compliance,commercialization,and social acceptance.Moving forward,technological innovation,standardization,and interdisciplinary collaboration will be essential to foster the healthy development of AI in healthcare.关键词
