Abstract
Objective To study the information needs of users in diabetes mellitus online medical community,and to explore the optimization path to improve the quality of information service in diabetes mellitus online medical community according to its characteristics.Methods Based on the data mining method,this study collected the data of users' consultation and discussion from"Good Doctor Online"website and"Sweet Home"forum.The keywords of user information needs were extracted by word frequency statistics and TF-IDF keyword extraction methods.According to the diabetes knowledge system and the existing classification scheme,the keyword classification system was constructed,and the extracted keywords were classified and co-occurrence analyzed to obtain the clustering partition of user information needs.Results The information needs of users in the doctor-patient community were mainly focused on professional medical information,while the information needs of users in the patient community were closely related to daily life.The theme area of the doctor-patient community included"hospital living area""insulin area"and"hospital treatment area".The theme area of the patient community included"daily necessities area""drug exchange area"and"diet sugar control area".Conclusion Two types of online medical communities should try to increase the exchange of information,communicate with each other,fill the information gap,promote the establishment of consumables' reputation,and strengthen the corresponding supervision,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of optimizing the information service quality of diabetes mellitus online medical communities.关键词
