超声引导下射频消融治疗甲状腺良性结节的临床效果及对甲状腺功能的影响
Clinical Effect of Ultrasound-Guided Radiofrequency Ablation in the Treat-ment of Benign Thyroid Nodules and Its Impact on Thyroid Function

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation(US-RFA)in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules and its impact on thyroid function.Methods A total of 92 patients with benign thyroid nodules admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the reference group(n=46)and the study group(n=46)according to random number table method.The reference group underwent conventional surgical resection,while the study group received US-RFA treatment.The perioperative indicators,cosmetic outcomes,thyroid function,complications,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The study group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time and hospital stay time,and lower SCAR score compared to the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the preoperative and postoperative levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FTe)and free thyroxine(FT4)in the study group(P>0.05);In the reference group,postoperative TSH level was higher than preoperative level,while FT3 and FT4 levels were lower than preoperative levels;Additionally,the study group had lower postoperative TSH levels,and higher FT3 and FT4 levels compared to the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 4.35%,lower than 19.57%in the reference group(P<0.05),while no significant difference was found in the recurrence rate(6.52%vs.2.17%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of US-RFA in treating benign thyroid nodules is comparable to that of surgical resection.However,US-RFA has less trauma,fewer complications,does not significantly affect the thyroid function of patients,and can effectively meet the aesthetic needs of patients.关键词
