Division and Convergence:Organizational Models for Constructing the Disciplinary System of the Chinese National Community Studies

Abstract
Organized disciplinary development is essential to accelerate the transition of Chinese National Communi-ty Studies from localized pilot programs to comprehensive implementation.The authorized pilot development policy by the education authority has shaped divergent institutional practices among universities exploring this interdisciplinary field.These institutions generally follow two paths:"authorized pilot exploration"and"independent cultivation",which may further evolve into various organizational models.These include models fully managed by an established school,par-tially managed by an established school,or those without a designated school responsible for development.Regardless of the form,its maturation into a first-tier independent discipline necessitates progression through advanced stages:evolving from loose interdisciplinary participation to integrated collaboration and finally to synergistic innovation.关键词
