Effect of Ankle Arthroscopic Microfracture Surgery Combined with Autolo-gous Synovial Mesenchymal Stem Cell Transplantation in the Treatment of Osteochondral Lesions of the Talus

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ankle arthroscopic microfracture surgery combined with autologous synovial mesenchymal stem cell(SMSCs)transplantation in the treatment of osteochondral lesions of the talus(OLT).Methods 60 OLT patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to May 2024 were selected as the objects,and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method.The control group was given ankle arthroscopic microfracture surgery,while the experimental group was given autologous SMSCs transplantation on the basis of the control group.The VAS scores,clinical related indicators,levels of inflammatory factors,incidence of adverse reactions,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of pain and the full weight-bearing time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the muscle endurance was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-1 levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ankle arthroscopic microfracture surgery combined with autologous SMSCs transplantation can significantly alleviate the pain of OLT patients,promote the functional recovery,and effectively reduce the inflammatory factor levels,with good safety.关键词
