Abstract
Objective To study the effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography on CA19-9 and CA50 in patients with pancreatic stone.Methods A total of 68 patients with pancreatic stone admitted to Jishui County People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,and the study group was treated with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.The levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-2,4,6,10(IL-2,4,6,10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],tumor markers[CA19-9,CA50,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)],pain,nutrition,creatinine levels,and incidence of postoperative complications(pancreatic duct bleeding,hematemesis,secondary pancreatitis,mucosal edema,cholangitis)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors,tumor markers and creatinine in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the nutritional levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score and the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography has a definite clinical effect in patients with pancreatic stone,which can reduce the postoperative inflammatory response,reduce the levels of tumor markers,pain and creatinine,and improve the nutritional status of patients.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.关键词
