O臂导航辅助肱骨髓内钉与锁定加压钢板内固定在肱骨复杂骨折中的应用效果研究
Study on the Application Effect of O-Arm Navigation Assisted Humeral In-tramedullary Nail and Locking Compression Plate Fixation in Complex Humeral Fractures

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of O-arm navigation assisted humeral intramedullary nail and locking compression plate fixation in complex humeral fractures.Methods 110 patients with complex humeral fractures who were enrolled from June 2022 to December 2024 were selected for the study,and were divided into group A and group B according to different treatment methods.Group A received O-arm navigation assisted humeral intramedullary nail treatment,while group B received locking compression plate internal fixation treatment.The clinical indicators,fracture healing status,joint function scores,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Group A had significantly better surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,and intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency than group B,and the fracture healing time was shorter(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of fracture healing in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(94.55%vs.78.18%,P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery,the shoulder joint function scores and elbow joint function scores of patients in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(3.64%vs.14.55%,P<0.05).Conclusions Compared to locking compression plate fixation,O-arm navigation assisted humeral intramedullary nail in the treatment of complex humeral fractures can significantly optimize surgical indicators,shorten fracture healing time,improve joint function recovery,and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
