银发经济视域下城市医养结合服务设施体系构建与规划实践
Urban Facilities Construction and Planning for Integrated Medical and Elderly Care Service from the Perspective of the Silver Economy

Abstract
Responding to the transformation to the silver economy is a crucial issue for the current and future offering of integrated medical and elderly care services.The paper reviews the evolutionary path of China's integrated medical and elderly care services and facilities,and holds that integrated medical and elderly care services has undergone the changes from initial exploration through comprehensive promotion to a stage of high-quality development.As the service scope and target population of the silver economy have expanded,it is necessary to expand the focus from the"elderly population"aged 65 and above to the"pre-elderly and elderly"silver-age population aged 50 and above.On this basis,in view of the characteristics and needs of each age group,the paper categorizes the integrated integrated medical and elderly care services into four types,i.e.,basic,enjoyable,supplementary,and specialized.A scenario-based chain system is constructed,linking these four service categories and encompassing facilities for activities such as medical care,ecological wellness,education,dining,travelling,and shopping.Recommendations for facility configuration and service models are also proposed.At the end,with the optimization of service facilities in the Guangzhou Conghua Health and Wellness Headquarters Economic Zone as an example,strategies for optimizing related facilities,configuration,and service models are put forward,aiming to provide insights into relevant policies and practices.关键词
