标准化延续性护理对改善肌少症患者自护能力的效果研究
Study on the Effect of Standardized Continuous Nursing on Improving Self-care Ability of Patients with Sarcopenia

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of standardized continuous nursing for patients with sarcopenia.Methods:A total of 99 patients with sarcopenia admitted to the 960th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from October 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=49)receiving routine continuous nursing;the observation group(n=50)receiving standardized continuous nursing.The nursing effect of different methods were compared and analyzed.Results:After nursing,the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Before nursing,the scores of self-care ability of patients in both groups were lower(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores were improved in both groups,and the improvement degree of patients in the observation group was more significant,with increasing difference compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized continuous nursing for patients with sarcopenia is beneficial to improve patients'nursing satisfaction and self-care ability.关键词
