临床药学专业本科生人文关怀能力的现状及其影响因素
Current status and influencing factors of humanistic caring ability in clinical pharmacy undergraduates

Abstract
AIM Exploring the current situation and influencing factors of humanistic caring ability of clinical pharmacy undergraduates,to provide theoretical support and practical ideas for enhancing their humanistic caring ability.METHODS Using the convenience sampling method,111 clinical pharmacy undergraduates from the fourth and fifth grades of a medical university were selected for the academic year 2023-2024,and were surveyed by general survey questionnaire and the caring ability inventory(CAI).Data were analysed by using SPSS 23.0 software.RESULTS The total score of CAI for clinical pharmacy undergraduates was(179.79±14.55),lower than the domestic norm for undergraduate nursing students(191.04±19.49),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Senior students,those with greater attention from teachers and classmates,as well as students with more exposure to medical humanities courses and who participated in internships and clinical practice,showed relatively better humanistic care abilities(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that different grades and degrees of exposure to medical humanities courses were influencing factors on the humanistic caring ability of clinical pharmacy undergraduates,such 2 items were jointly responsible for 15.20%of the total variation.CONCLUSION The humanistic caring ability of clinical pharmacy undergraduates needs to be strengthened.Schools and clinical practice teaching bases should focus on cultivating students' humanistic caring ability,provide targeted humanistic care education,and enhance the caring behavior demonstration of teaching teachers,thereby enhancing the humanistic caring ability of clinical pharmacy undergraduates.关键词
