重症监护病房中铜绿假单胞菌耐药率与抗菌药物用药频度之间的相关性

Abstract
AIM To explore the correlation between the drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the ICU and the concurrent DDDs of antibiotics.METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on the drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the ICU and the concurrent DDDs of antibiotics from 2020 to 2023.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine whether there was an independent linear correlation between the 2 variables.RESULTS A total of 575 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from the ICU during 2020 to 2023,with an average detection rate of 15.50％.Among them,493 strains(85.74％)were isolated from respiratory tract specimens.The resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to colistin in the ICU was the lowest,followed by amikacin and tobramycin.The results of multiple linear regression showed that the resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the ICU to cefepime and levofloxacin were only positively linearly correlated with the DDDs of imipenem,with regression coefficients β of 0.499 and 0.619,respectively;the resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the ICU to ciprofloxacin was also positively correlated with the DDDs of imipenem and ceftazidime.CONCLUSION The drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the ICU is closely related to the use of antibiotics.Hospitals should strengthen supervision of antibiotic application,optimize anti-infection plans,and delay the development of bacterial resistance.关键词
