乡村振兴背景下职业院校农村电商人才培养的"四链"融合路径探析

Abstract
With the in-depth advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,rural e-commerce has become an important force in promoting rural economic development.As an important base for talent training,vocational colleges should actively explore new paths for cultivating rural e-commerce talents.Based on the perspective of the integration of the"Four Chains"of education chain,talent chain,industrial chain,and innovation chain,we deeply analyze the challenges faced by vocational colleges in cultivating rural e-commerce talents,and propose corresponding integration paths based on the actual work to cultivate high-quality rural e-commerce talents who are needed for rural revitalization,so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance.关键词
