涉农高职院校培育新时代"新农人"的路径及评价体系构建研究
摘要
Abstract
"New farmers"are a new occupational group emerging in the process of agricultural modernization in China.They not only master modern agricultural professional knowledge and practical skills,but also have innovative thinking and market awareness.Different from traditional farmers,new farmers are good at using modern scientific and technological means for agricultural production,actively explore new business models,play a key role in promoting agricultural transformation and upgrading,and are becoming the backbone of leading the high-quality development of China's agriculture.This paper aims at cultivating new farmers in"Three-in-One"and explores the path of cultivating"new farmers"in the new era through the systematic design of"two-wheel drive path-three-dimensional empowerment system-four-dimensional evaluation mechanism",so as to provide a"Jiangsu sample"for cultivating"new farmers"for vocational education reform.关键词
