涉农高校思政引领驱动知农爱农人才培养研究

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the continuous deepening of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the transformative development of agricultural and rural modernization,the talent demand structure in modern agriculture is undergoing significant changes,shifting from traditional single-skilled technical talents to compound talents with professional competence,rural-love feelings,and innovative literacy.However,agricultural colleges are currently faced with numerous challenges in talent cultivation practices.Students generally lack a strong sense of identity with agricultural majors,there is a disconnect between practical teaching and actual production needs,and the collaborative education mechanisms between colleges and local governments/enterprises need improvement.Promoting the in-depth integration of ideological and political guidance into the cultivation of agriculture-aware and agriculture-loving talents has become the core issue in addressing the structural contradictions of agricultural talent.This paper deeply explores the internal logic of integrating ideological and political guidance with the cultivation of agriculture-aware and agriculture-loving talents,expounds on the important value of their integration,analyzes the current practical dilemmas,and proposes a"Three-in-One"cultivation path rooted in cultural infiltration,driven by practical empowerment,and guaranteed by collaborative education.The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the reform of agricultural education in the new era.关键词
