Abstract
This paper systematically analyzed the background,core development trends,and key implementation paths for promoting digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing upgrade in the pulp and paper industry.It delved into the challenges currently faced by the in-dustry and proposes feasible solutions.Based on a comprehensive study of the industry's current situation,key technologies,implementa-tion strategies,potential risks,and future trends,the paper innovatively proposed the concept of establishing a static data center during the project investment and construction phase through digital delivery,and building a dynamic data center for production operations via a data middle office,thereby forming a closed loop of the data value chain throughout the entire lifecycle of engineering projects.关键词
