Chongqing Expert Consensus on Prevention and Treatment of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To further standardize the schedule of clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTIs).Methods Based on the latest evidence-based medical evidence and multi-disciplinary expert experience,the Chongqing Municipal Health Promotion and Health Education Committee Pediatric Clinical Committee organized experts in the fields of Pediatrics Respiratory,Infectious Diseases,Emergency Medicine,Critical Care Medicine and Pharmacy in combination with the latest domestic and international studies as well as relevant domestic consensus and guidelines,through multi-disciplinary evidence to form Expert Consensus on Prevention and Treatment of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children(Chongqing).Results The consensus defined the age-related diagnostic criteria for RRTIs.The disease was mainly caused by viruses(such as rhinovirus and influenza virus)and bacteria(such as Haemophilus influenzae).The risk factors included immunocompromise,environmental exposure,hereditary susceptibility,etc.It was emphasized that comprehensive evaluation and differential diagnosis should be carried out through medical history,etiology,imaging and immune function examination to exclude other potential diseases.The core treatment principle was to remove the etiology,anti-infection,immune regulation and symptomatic treatment.The use of immunomodulators(such as spleen aminopeptide,bacterial lysates,etc.)should strictly follow the indications;preventive measures included nutritional support,vaccine inoculation,environmental improvement and probiotics.At the same time,the symptoms,growth and development,immune indexes should be evaluated regularly to adjust the therapeutic schedule individually.Conclusion This consensus systematically sorts out the diagnosis,treatment and prevention strategies of RRTIs,advocates the individualized schedule of precise anti-infection in acute phase and comprehensive intervention in remission phase,and provides a reference for clinical standardized practice.关键词
