苦豆子化学成分、药理作用、质量控制现状及质量标志物预测分析
Chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,quality control status and quality markers prediction analysis of Sophora alopecuroides

Abstract
Sophora alopecuroides has a long history of both medicinal and edible use in China.It contains alkaloids,flavonoids,volatile oils,and other chemical constituents and exhibits various pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and anti-tumor activities.It also has certain effects on the liver,nervous system,and cardiovascular system.With applications across medical,agricultural,and ecological fields,it possesses broad development potential.Since the quality of S.alopecuroides directly affects the safety and efficacy of its clinical use,this paper systematically sorted out the available data on its chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,and quality control.The screening and determination of quality markers(Q-markers)ofS.alopecuroides were discussed from seven aspects:phylogenetic relationships,traditional medicinal properties,traditional efficacy,novel pharmacological uses,geographical origins and harvest periods,measurability of chemical constituents,and blood-absorbed components.Based on the analysis,matrine,sophoridine,sophocarpine,cytisine,oxymatrine,oxysophocarpine,aloperine,quercetin,apigenin,and butein were proposed as Q-markers for S.alopecuroides.This provides a reference for the establishment of a systematic quality control system for S.alopecuroides.关键词
