经典名方桃红四物汤化学成分、药理作用和临床应用的研究进展及质量标志物的预测分析
Research progress on chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,and clinical application of classic Taohong Siwu Decoction and predictive analysis of quality markers

Abstract
Taohong Siwu Decoction is a classic formula known for its efficacy in promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,nourishing blood,and regulating menstruation.It not only demonstrates significant effects in activating blood circulation,resolving blood stasis,regulating menstruation,and relieving pain,but also shows excellent pharmacological actions in promoting fracture healing,anti-osteoporosis,anti-inflammatory response,lowering blood lipids and blood sugar,and neuroprotection.The formula has extensive clinical applications and exhibits notable efficacy in treating gynecological,orthopedic,and internal medicine diseases.This article systematically reviews the historical development,chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,and clinical applications of Taohong Siwu Decoction.Based on the"five principles"theory of quality markers(Q-markers)in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),an in-depth exploration and predictive analysis of the Q-markers of this formula were conducted.The results suggest that mullein glycoside,catalpol,digitalin D,ligustilide,ferulic acid,paeoniflorin,paeoniflorin glycoside,tetramethylpyrazine,amygdalin,and hydroxysafflor yellow A can serve as Q-markers,providing a scientific basis for quality control of the formulation.关键词
