乡村旅居养老趋势下的民宿改造设计研究
Research on the Renovation Design of Homestays under the Rural Retirement-Oriented Tourism Trend:A Case Study of Zhongyuan Township,Jing'an County,Jiangxi Province

Abstract
As a vital component of rural elderly migration tourism,homestays can meet the multi-level and diversified needs of elderly tourists and other visitors.This study investigates Zhongyuan Township in Jing'an County,Jiangxi Province,a renowned destination for retirement migration tourism.Through desktop research and field investigations,we analyze the township's general profile and current homestay development status.By integrating relevant management policies with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory,we establish a quality evaluation index system for local homestays.This framework enables a reclassification of homestays based on residential quality standards,identifies prominent design issues across different categories,and ultimately proposes targeted renovation strategies with specific implementation methods for homestay improvement.关键词
