PHLDA3在COPD共患疾病中的表达及与系统性炎症指标的关系研究
Expression of PHLDA3 in COPD Comorbidity and its Relationship with Systemic Inflammatory Markers

Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression of PHLDA3 in COPD comorbidities and its relationship with systemic inflammatory markers.Method:90 patients diagnosed with COPD who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from December 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into 31 cases in non COPD comorbid disease group of and 59 cases in COPD comorbid disease group.The COPD comorbid disease groups were further divided into an ACCI≤4 group of 27 cases and an ACCI>4 group of 32 cases 30 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period as the control group were selected as the control group.ELISA method was used to detect the serum PHLDA3 levels of all subjects,and fasting venous blood was collected to measure the absolute number of neutrophils,platelet count,and lymphocyte count.The corresponding systemic inflammatory indicators were calculated according to the calculation formula.Result:The serum PHLDA3 levels and systemic inflammatory markers in both COPD groups were higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum PHLDA3 and systemic inflammatory markers showed that the COPD comorbid disease group was higher than the non COPD comorbid disease group(P<0.05).In the COPD comorbidity group,the serum PHLDA3 levels and systemic inflammatory markers in the ACCI>4 group were higher than those in the ACCI≤4 group(P<0.05).There is positive correlation between serum PHLDA3 levels and peripheral systemic inflammatory markers.Conclusion:PHLDA3 and systemic inflammatory markers are involved in the pathogenesis of COPD comorbidities.The differential changes in serum PHLDA3 and systemic inflammatory markers among different groups of patients with COPD comorbidities,as well as the correlation analysis between the two,provide a basis for assessing the severity and prognosis of COPD comorbidities.关键词
