养血清脑颗粒联合胞磷胆碱治疗非痴呆型老年脑小血管病相关认知功能障碍临床观察
Clinical Observation of Yangxue Qingnao Granules Combined with Citicoline in the Treatment of Elderly Non-Dementia Vascular Cognitive Impairment Related to Cerebral Small Vessel Disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yangxue qingnao granules combined with citicoline in the treatment of elderly patients with non-dementia vascular cognitive impairment related to cerebral small vessel disease(CSVCI),and to evaluate its effects on regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF)and serum levels of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),8-iso-prostaglandin F2α(8-iso-PGF2α),and Apelin-13.Methods A total of 112 elderly patients with no-dementia CSVCI admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected,and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with conventional comprehensive intervention and Citicoline Sodium Tablets orally,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were additionally treated with Yangxue Qingnao Granules.Both groups were treated continuously for six months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 73.21%,which was significantly higher than 53.57%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group,the scores of the mini-mental state examination,montreal cognitive assessment,and modified Barthel index in the observation group were significantly increased,while the score of the functional activities questionnaire was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The rCBF in the frontal,parietal,temporal,and occipital lobes was significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum TGF-β1 level was significantly increased(P<0.05),while serum levels of 8-iso-PGF2α and Apelin-13 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was comparable to that in the control group(8.93%vs.5.36%,P>0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with citicoline sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with non-dementia CSVCI can effectively improve rCBF and regulate levels of serum TGF-β1,8-iso-PGF2α,and Apelin-13.关键词
