丹七逍遥散联合治疗中风后抑郁症的临床研究
Clinical Research on the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression with Danqi Xiaoyao Powder

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Danqi Xiaoyao Powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Method:A total of 78 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to Hunan Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The treatment group received escitalopram oxalate tablets+butylphthalide soft capsules+Danqi Xiaoyao Powder,while the control group received only western medicine.Both groups were treated for 14 days as one course,for a total of 3 courses over 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,serum level of biomarkers,depression score and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated.Result:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,while the depression symptom score,serum microtubule-associated protein(MAPs),serum homocysteine(Hcy),and ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase L1(UCH-L1)levels were all lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Danqi Xiaoyao Powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression is significant,which can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also inhibit brain injury.It has good safety.关键词
