慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者检测血气分析及炎症指标临床价值
Clinical Value of Blood Gas Analysis and Inflammatory Index in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of blood gas analysis and inflammatory index in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 88 COPD patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University in Anhui Province from January 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the observation group,and 68 healthy people in the same hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.Blood gas analysis and inflammatory indicators were detected in the two groups,and the differences between the two groups were analyzed.Result:The pH value,oxygen saturation(SaO2)and partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood gas analysis indexes pH,SaO2 and PaO2 in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were lower than those in patients with stable COPD,and the PaCO2 was higher than that in patients with stable COPD,and the inflammatory indexes in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were higher than those in patients with stable COPD(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood gas analysis index and inflammatory index can be used in clinical diagnosis of COPD,and can help to stage the disease of COPD.关键词
