加味大柴胡汤序贯疗法对肝经郁热型PCOS不孕患者妊娠结局的临床研究
Effect of Modified Dachaihu Decoction Sequential Therapy on Pregnancy Outcome in Infertile Patients with PCOS of Liver Meridian Stagnant Heat Pattern

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of sequential therapy with modified Dachaihu Decoction on clinical pregnancy rate,spontaneous abortion rate,and live birth rate in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)characterized by liver depression-heat syndrome.Method:Patients undergoing ovulation induction therapy for PCOS with liver depression-heat syndrome were randomly assigned to either the observation group(Modified Dachaihu Decoction+ovulation induction)or the control group(ovulation induction alone).Comparative analysis included Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Modified PCOS Quality of Life Scale(MPCOS-QS)scores,body mass index(BMI),clinical parameters during ovulation induction,and pregnancy outcomes.Result:After treatment,the observation group exhibited significant reductions in TCM syndrome scores,MPCOS-QS scores,and BMI compared to baseline.The observation group required fewer total treatment cycles,shorter gonadotropin(Gn)stimulation duration,and lower total Gn dosage than the control group.Additionally,the observation group demonstrated a higher proportion of endometrial pattern A.The observation group demonstrated a higher live birth rate than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate and spontaneous abortion ratebetween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The sequential therapy with modified Dachaihu Decoction holistically improves psychological state,quality of life,and reproductive function in PCOS patients,reduces BMI,decreases Gn dosage during ovarian stimulation,shortens the duration of Gn administration,increases the rate of Type A endometrium,and further enhances the ultimate live birth rate.关键词
