Abstract
Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of liposome bupivacaine(LB)in elderly patients during total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Method:According to random number table method,140 elderly patients undergoing elective TKA under general anesthesia in Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were divided into group B(n=70)and group A(n=70)from December 2023 to December 2024.After anesthesia induction reaching the standard depth,group A was given 75 mg bupivacaine hydrochloride(BH)injection(30 mL),while group B was given 200 mg LB(30 mL)for proximal adductor canal plexus block under ultrasound guidance.The postoperative pain and occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded and compared.Result:VAS scores under resting and motion states were decreased in both groups compared with those at 2 h after surgery.VAS scores in group B were lower than those in group A,the difference between the two was statistically significant.The remedial analgesia rate,starting time of postoperative activities and incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in group A,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of LB in TKA can optimize analgesic effect,effectively relieve postoperative pain,reduce usage rate of flurbiprofen axetil remediation and incidence of adverse reactions,and accelerate recovery of patients.关键词
