鼻内镜下等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的效果
Effect of Endoscopic Nasal Plasma Radiofrequency Ablation in the Treatment of Chronic Hypertrophic Rhinitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the actual effects of the endoscopic plasma radiofrequency ablation.Method:Using the digital table method,69 patients(meeting the inclusion criteria)treated for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis at Huizhou Sanhe Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group included 34 patients who received traditional turbinate resection,while the observation group included 35 patients who underwent endoscopic radiofrequency ablation.The nasal physiological function and stress response indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:7 days after surgery,the comparison of nasal resistance,ciliary movement rate and nasal ventilation area between groups showed that there was a significant difference(P<0.05).2 days after the operation,the levels of eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)and total immunoglobulin E(TIgE)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The low temperature plasma ablation technology guided by nasal endoscope can effectively promote the regeneration and repair of nasal mucosa tissue in patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.It significantly restores nasal ventilation and ciliary movement function.关键词
