摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of different doses of aminophylline for neurological function and postoperative awakening effect of children with general anesthesia.Method:100 children with general anesthesia in Yong'an Municipal Hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were divided into group A and group B,with 50 cases in each group by the method of random number.Group A were treated with aminophylline with the dose of 2 mg/kg,and group B were reated with aminophylline with the dose of 4 mg/kg.Then the extubation time,wake-up time,Observer's Assessment of Alertness/Sedation Scale(OAA/S score)at 20 min and 30 min after extubation, the adverse reaction rates, hemodynamics[mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)]and neurological function indexes[serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and S100 Calcium Binding Protein B(S100B)]before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The extubation time, recovery time, and OAA/S scores at 20 min and 30 min after extubation in group B were significantly better than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions, the hemodynamic indicators before medication,5 min after medication, and 15 min after medication of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).The neurological function indicators of group B 6 h,12 h and 24 h after medication were lower than those of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aminophylline at a dose of 4 mg/kg positively influences neurological function and postoperative awakening in children under general anesthesia and demonstrates a commendable safety profile, indicating its significant application value.关键词
