纤维素纳米晶体光子膜的构筑及其刺激响应性能研究

Abstract
In this study,a photonic film with both mechanical properties and tunable structural color was prepared by incorporating deep eutectic solvents(DES)into cellulose nanocrystals(CNC)through layered casting,and it was named CNC/DES photonic film.The results showed that the amount of DES added was a crucial parameter for regulating the structural color,mechanical properties,ther-mal stability,and responsive characteristics of photonic films.The introduction of DES effectively addressed the defect of insufficient flexibility in photonic films,increasing the elongation at break to(0.74±0.18)%.The film exhibited a wide color gamut(gradually tran-sitioning from blue to orange-red)and enhanced thermal stability.The CNC/DES0.5 photonic film(the addition amount of DES was 0.5%)demonstrated excellent humidity-responsive characteristics,as the realitive humidity increased from 50%to 99%,the film changed from yellow-green to red,while also exhibiting good reversible humidity performance(over 20 cycles).Additionally,the film displayed sensitive identification of trace amounts of water in ethanol/water mixtures,gradually changing from red to yellow-green as the water content decreased.Leveraging the responsive characteris-tics of CNC to H₂O molecules,photonic films exhibited reversible behavior in humidity sensing and moisture detection.关键词
