1例胃食管反流病诱发慢性阻塞性肺疾病反复急性加重临床分析与文献总结
Clinical Analysis and Literature Review of One Case of Recurrent Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Induced by Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Abstract
Objective To provide reference for clinical treatment on gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)combined with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods The diagnosis and treatment process of a hospitalized patient with AECOPD induced by GERD admitted to the hospital was reviewed,and an individualized treatment and monitoring plan for the patient was formulated.Additionally,the interaction mechanism,diagnosis,and pharmacotherapy strategies for this comorbidity were summarized by combining literatures.Results The clinical pharmacist assessed the results through a questionnaire scale and determined that the AECOPD patient was highiy likely to have GERD,and assisted the clinician in identifying the cause patient patient's symptom of the AECOPD in this patient and provided suggestions for dietary and positional improvements.After 7 d of treatment,the patient's sympton was improved and was discharged,with good prognosis during follow-up.Research confirmed that GERD can induce AECOPD,and the mechanism is related to the exacerbation of gastroesophageal reflux and the relaxation of the esophageal sphincter.This disease is primarily diagnosed through questionnaire scale,active treatment of GERD was crucial for improving the prognosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Conclusion During the diagnosis and treatment process of this comorbid patient,the clinical pharmacists fully demonstrated their professional value in the multidisciplinary collaboration model.GERD is a risk factor for inducing AECOPD,and early screening and intervention for GERD in patients with COPD(AECOPD)are very important.关键词
