摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and complications of lower sacrospinous ligament suspension(POP)by transvaginal natural endoscopy(vNOTES).Method:95 patients with POP treated at the Fifth People's Hospitalof Huai'an from August 2022 to August 2024 were included and divided into the control group(n=47)and the observation group(n=48)according to treatment method. The control group underwent laparoscopic sacrospinous ligament suspension, and the observation group underwent vNOTES sacrospinous ligament suspension.Perioperative indexes, pelvic floor function and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with control group, observation group had a shorter operation time,a shorter urinary tube removal time, and a lower proportion of posterior vaginal wall repair during the same period, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after surgery, the subscales and total scores of the pelvic Floor Dysfunction Symptom Scale(PFDI20)in both groups were decreased, and the score of the observation group was lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the two groups was 17.02%and 10.42%respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and they were all alleviated after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion:Sacrospinous ligament suspension via vNOTES is safe and effective in the treatment of POP,which is not only beneficial to postoperative recovery, but also can significantly improve pelvic floor function.关键词
