摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the specific therapeutic effect of oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets complicated by morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in advanced lung cancer patients with cancerous pain.Method:102 patients with cancer pain caused by advanced lung cancer admitted to Jingzhou Third People's Hospital from July 2019 to May 2024 were taken as the subjects. All selected cases were assigned to two groups(51 cases in each group)with random numerical table. The patients of control group were administrated oral morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets, and on this basis, the patients of observation group additionally took oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets for 1 month. The comparisons were performed on easement of pain, level of pain mediator, levels of inflammatory factors, survival quality, and adverse reactions in both groups.Result:Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher overall easement rate of pain and lower incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).The observation group obtained lower 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),substance P(SP),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),tumor bad factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels and higher score of each dimension of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief(WHOQOL-BREF)than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Advanced lung cancer patients with cancerous pain who take oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets can further reduce pain and inflammatory response compared with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve survival quality.关键词
