摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore curative effect of ezetimibe and its influences on cardiac function,vascular endothelial function,lipid metabolism and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)in the elderly with chronic coronary syndrome(CCS).Method:According to random number table method,154 elderly patients with CCS admitted to Fujian Provincial Geriatric Hospital(Fujian Medical University Teaching Hospital)were divided into control group(79 cases,rosuvastatin calcium tablets)and observation group(75 cases,ezetimibe)from February 2022 to February 2024.The response rates of treatment,lipid metabolism indexes and carotid atherosclerosis indexes in the two groups were compared.Result:The difference in response rate of treatment,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG)and IMT between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO)and nitric oxide(NO)were higher in observation group than control group,while left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),endothelin-1(ET-1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and plaque area were lower in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Curative effect of ezetimibe is good in elderly patients with CCS,which can not only improve cardiac function,lipid metabolism and vascular endothelial function,but also reduce carotid IMT.关键词
