Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of platelet rich plasma combined with arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis,and observe the influence degree of the program for cartilage metabolic factors of these patients.Method:90 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in First People's Hospital of Yancheng City from June 2022 to November 2024 were grouped with the menthod of random number table.45 patients of control group were treated with arthroscopic surgery,and 45 cases of observation group were treated with platelet rich plasma on the treatment of control group.Then the two groups'total effective rates for knee osteoarthritis,complication rates,pain degree(VAS score),knee function(new-KSS score)and cartilage metabolic factors(COMP,MMP-3 and PG)before and after the treatment were compared.Result:The difference of total effective rates for knee osteoarthritis,the total rate of complications of two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and cartilage metabolic factors of observation group 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment were all significantly lower than scores and factors of control group,and the new-KSS score were all significantly higher than scores of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of platelet rich plasma combined with arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis is better,and it can significantly improve the expression of cartilage metabolic factors,so its application value in the patients with knee osteoarthritis is relatively higher.关键词
