温阳活血汤联合穴位贴敷治疗射血分数保留型心力衰竭的临床研究
A clinical study on Wenyang Huoxue Decoction plus acupoint application therapy in the treatment of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Huoxue Decoction(温阳活血汤)plus acupoint application therapy in the treatment of heart failure of preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)patients with Yangqi(阳气)deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Fifty HFpEF patients with Yangqi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who were hospitalised in the Department of Cardiovascular II of Chuzhou City Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 25 cases in each.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with the combination of Wenyang Huoxue Decoction and acupoint application therapy.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Before and after the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,6-minute walk test(6MWT),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),mitral flow spectrum early diastolic peak velocity/tissue Doppler mitral annulus early diastolic peak velocity(E/e')ratio,tricuspid regurgitant pressure(TRPG),and serum NT-proBNP levels in the two groups were observed,and the clinical efficacy in the two groups was counted.Results:(1)In terms of efficacy,the overall effective rate in the treatment group was markedly higher than the control group(P<0.05);(2)Compared with the pre-treatment period,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups declined markedly after treatment(P<0.05),and the decline in the treatment group was markedly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);(3)After the treatment,the 6MWT in the two groups were significantly increased,serum NT-proBNP levels were significantly decreased in both groups,and the magnitude of 6MWT increase and NT-proBNP decrease in the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05);(4)After treatment,the LVEF in both groups were markedly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the values of E/e'and TRPG were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase of LVEF,and the decrease of E/e'and TRPG in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);(5)After treatment,the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Score was decreased in both groups,and the decline in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Huoxue Decoction plus acupoint application therapy can effectively improve 6MWT,serum NT-proBNP,and echocardiographic indexes in patients with HFpEF.关键词
