ZHANG Jinliang's Diagnosis and Treatment of NAFLD in Cold Regions from the Perspective of"Cutting off the Source,Clearing the Stream and Restoring Balance"

Abstract
Professor Zhang Jinliang is the instructor of the fifth and sixth batches of national old Chinese medicine experts in succession of academic experience,having unique insights in Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of liver and gallbladder diseases,with remarkable results.Based on the unique black soil landscape in the cold northeast,Prof Zhang believes that dietary irregularities,emotional and emotional disorders,and insufficient endowment are the etiology of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)in the cold north of the border,and puts forward the idea of"cutting off the source,clearing the flow,and levelling the situation",and creates the"Clearing the flow and levelling the situation"soup,according to its concurrent evidence,and flexibly adds and subtracts,which has been effective in treating liver and gallbladder diseases.In the clinical evidence,he put forward the idea of"cutting off the source,clearing the stream,and calming down",and created"Qingliu Pingfu Tang".The article analyses and summarizes Professor Zhang Jinliang's treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in cold areas based on this idea,taking into account the characteristics of cold areas,and is accompanied by a medical case.关键词
