Exploring the Pathogenesis and Treatment of Coronary Microcirculation Disorders Based on the Theory of"Opening Xuanfu and Nourishing the Heart"

Abstract
The"Xuanfu"is the smallest structural and functional unit in life activities,and it governs the circulation of Qi and blood,nourishing the heart vessels.When the heart's Xuanfu is unimpeded,Qi and blood flow smoothly,and the heart vessels are nourished.Coronary microcirculation disorder(CMD)is a common cardiovascular disease,primarily caused by structural or functional abnormalities in the coronary microvasculature,leading to myocardial ischemia.This condition shares similarities with the TCM concept of heart vessel insufficiency due to blockage in Xuanfu.Therefore,from the perspective of Xuanfu theory,the pathogenesis of CMD can be explained as obstruction in Xuanfu,stagnation in the collateral vessels,and inadequate nourishment of the heart vessels.Based on the theory that it is good for Xuanfu to remain open and bad for Xuanful to remain closed,the research team proposes the treatment method of"Opening Xuanfu and Nourishing the Heart".This method restores the circulation of Qi and blood,unblocks Xuanfu,clears visible blockages,and removes the root cause of insufficient nourishment to the heart vessels.By addressing both symptoms and root causes,this approach aims to restore the nourishing effect of Qi and blood on the heart vessels.This paper discusses the TCM pathogenesis and treatment of CMD based on the theory of"Opening Xuanfu and Nourishing the Heart,"providing new insights for clinical diagnosis and treatment of CMD.关键词
