Abstract
Objective:To compare the application effects of four finger fixation method and reverse positioning method in the infusion port insertion of obese patients.Method:100 obese patients who were admitted to the hospital for intravenous infusion from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected,and divided into two groups using a lottery method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group used the four finger fixation method during infusion port insertion,while the observation group used the reverse positioning method during infusion port insertion.The differences in one-time insertion success rate,vertical insertion rate,insertion time,pain score and overall satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared.Result:The success rate,vertical insertion rate,insertion time,pain score and overall satisfaction rate of the observation group were similar to those of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both the four finger fixation method and the reverse positioning method can achieve the expected application effect in the infusion port insertion of obese patients,improve the success rate of one-time insertion and vertical insertion rate,shorten the insertion time and reduce the patient's pain level,and harmonize the nurse patient relationship.It can be flexibly selected in clinical practice.关键词
