基于经筋理论探讨解结法在颞下颌关节紊乱的治疗思路
The ideas of treating temporomandibular joint disorders by the resolving knots method based on the meridian sinew theory

Abstract
Temporomandibular joint disorders(TMJD)are common diseases in the oral and maxillofacial region,mainly characterized by functional abnormalities of the temporomandibular joint and masticatory muscle system,with a high incidence rate.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,TMJD fall into the category of tendon-bone imbalance,and their occurrence and progression have a close and complex internal relationship with the meridian sinew system.In this study,the traditional Chinese medicine meridian sinew theory is combined with the theory of tendon-bone force line balance in Western medicine anatomy,and the internal connection between TMJD and the meridian sinew theory is deeply analyzed from two dimensions of functional mechanism at the physiological level and the abnormal changes at the pathological level.According to the general outline of principles,methods,prescriptions,and techniques for treatment,a set of effective treatment plans for TMJD are provided as follow.Firstly,from the perspective of meridian sinew circulation and disease-syndrome association,the guiding position and application ideas of"taking pain as the acupoints and taking perception as the criterion"in the clinical treatment of TMJD are expounded.Secondly,by explaining the action mechanism and application strategy of the"resolving knots"treatment method,it is emphasized that the idea of resolving resolving knots is an important criterion for treating TMJD.Thirdly,the involved parts and treatment point selection of TMJD are analyzed to formulate effective prescriptions.Finally,combined with the specific techniques and operation key points of resolving knots of acupuncture and massage,the operation standards of the resolving knots based on the meridian sinew theory are standardized.In addition,one empirical case is attached for verification to deeply explore the characteristic and efficient treatment methods for TMJD under the guidance of the meridian sinew theory,explore the parts that still need to be improved in the treatment field of this disease,and provide ideas and practice of the integrative medicine for the clinical treatment of TMJD.关键词
