基于《黄帝内经》肾实证理论探析糖尿病肾脏病证治
Exploration of Diabetic Kidney Disease Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Based on the Theory of Kidney Excess Syndrome in Huangdi's Internal Classic

Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD),one of the diabetic microvascular complications,is a major cause of end-stage renal disease.This disease originates from improper diabetes management,where heat damages qi and yin,with prolonged illness entering the collaterals.On the basis of qi-yin deficiency or yin-yang deficiency,pathological factors including wind pathogen,blood stasis,water-dampness,damp-heat,and turbid toxins interact mutually,leading to obstruction of kidney collaterals and formation of"micro concretions and accumulations,"ultimately resulting in kidney parenchyma deterioration and kidney essence deficiency.The theory of kidney excess syndrome in Huangdi's Internal Classic provides significant guidance for DKD treatment.Based on this,we summarize therapeutic approaches including dispelling wind and unblocking collaterals,activating blood to resolve concretions,warming kidney to promote diuresis,clearing heat and draining dampness,discharging turbidity and detoxifying,supplementing qi and nourishing kidney to unblock collaterals,and using pungent-moistening herbs to warm kidney and free yang,aiming to provide clinical references.关键词
