Abstract
Objective:To observe the value of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)combined with targeted drugs and immune checkpoint inhibitors in the treatment of advanced liver cancer.Method:A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with advanced liver cancer in the hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 who received treatment and completed one-year follow-up were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into two groups.30 cases in the study group were treated with TACE combined with targeted drugs and immune checkpoint inhibitors,and 30 cases in the control group were treated with TACE combined with targeted drugs.The immune function indexes and tumor marker indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the treatment effect and 1-year survival rate were evaluated.Result:After treatment,the immune function indicators of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the indicators of the study group were higher than those of the control group.However,the tumor marker indicators of both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the indicators of the study group were lower.The objective response rate and disease control rate of the study group were higher,and the 1-year survival rate during follow-up was higher.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with advanced liver cancer,triple therapy can significantly improve immune indicators,reduce tumor marker indicators,increase objective response rate and follow-up survival rate,with good safety and ideal effect.关键词
